PRIVACY NOTICE

This privacy notice (“Notice”) is issued by MyDIGITAL Corporation (”MyDIGITAL”, “we”, “us” or “our”) to explain how we process the personal data of attendees, partners, speakers and other participants of the ASEAN AI Malaysia Summit 2025 in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) and other applicable laws.

In connection with the event, we may work with selected partners and service providers, including Ludic Asia (M) Sdn Bhd, our appointed Event Organiser (EO), to support event-related activities. Any personal data handled by these parties will be managed under our direction and in accordance with this Notice.

For the purpose of this Notice, the terms “Personal Data” and ”Processing” shall have the same meaning as prescribed in the PDPA.

    2. This Notice serves to inform you that your Personal Data is being processed by us or on our behalf when you sign up for or attend the ASEAN AI Malaysia Summit 2025 (“Event”).

    By providing your Personal Data, you agree to its use for purposes related to the Event and for other future events, programmes or communications from MyDIGITAL that are relevant to our initiatives or public engagement efforts.

    You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Please note that withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to keep you informed of future programmes.

    3. We may collect a various types of Personal Data from you including but not limited to:

    • name, date of birth, age, nationality;
    • email address, address, contact number;
    • job title, organisation or , company name;
    • photographs, video recordings; or
    • any other Personal Data you provide to us through registration forms, communications, or participation in the event.

    This may also include personal data collected on subsequent occasions or through the use of our event platforms, where applicable.

    4. Your personal data is being or will be collected and further processed by us for the following purposes (where relevant):

    • Verifying your identity and registering you for the Event;
    • Organising, coordinating and managing activities relating to the Event;
    • Enabling your participation in Event-related activities, including focus groups and surveys;
    • Planning and improving future events and initiatives;
    • Fulfilling contractual and pre-contractual obligations;
    • Internal administrative, reporting and management functions;
    • Providing access to WiFi, online platforms, or digital tools managed by or for us;
    • Granting access to event premises and controlled areas;
    • Communicating with you, responding to enquiries or complaints and enforcing our rights;
    • Sending event updates, e-newsletters, or promotional materials related to this Event or future initiatives by MyDIGITAL Corporation (you may opt out at any time;
    • Operating and maintaining event systems ,infrastructure and digital tools;
    • Conducting general data analysis to improve public engagement and programme effectiveness;
    • Publishing photos or video recordings taken during the Event (which may include your image and with or without your name) on our website, reportsor social media;
    • Preventing or investigating unlawful activities, or complying with legal or regulatory obligations;
    • Detecting, reporting, or managing personal data breaches, where required by law; or
    • Any other purposes authorised by you or ancillary to the above

    5. We may collect your data from the following sources:

    • Event registration forms and check-in records;
    • Documents submitted by you or on your behalf;
    • Your participation in event-related activities;
    • Our website,online platform or digital tools (including cookies);
    • Phone calls, emails, or digital communication;
    • CCTV footage;
    • Third-party sources, including regulatory bodies; or
    • Any other communication or interactions with us

    6. We may disclose or transfer your data to the following parties, within or outside Malaysia, for the fulfilment of any of the Purposes:

    10. If you fail to provide any mandatory data (as marked in our forms), it may result in the Consequences stated above.

    11. We may transfer your personal data outside Malaysia where necessary for the purposes described in this Notice. Any such transfer will only be made to countries with comparable data protection standards or with appropriate safeguards in place, in accordance with the PDPA .

    13. If there is any conflict between the English and Bahasa Malaysia versions of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.

    14. We may update and amend this Notice from time to time. We will notify you of any amendments to this Notice via notices on our platform, through email or other appropriate means. Any such amendments will be effective upon such notification. By continuing to engage with us after the issuance of such amendment notice, you will be considered as having agreed to this Notice (as amended and updated).
